I’m summarizing the traditional results of the year. 2025 was about the same as 2024. I started earning more money, blogging much less often, and at the end of the year, several unforeseen events occurred, which is why we still haven’t moved to Greece.

Key events of 2025
Winter 2025
- At the beginning of winter, my friends and I went on an excursion to Jermuk, a mountain resort town in Armenia known for its healing mineral springs, clean air and picturesque gorges of the Arpa River, where hospitals, sanatoriums, hotels, a waterfall and mineral water bottling plants of the same name are located. We rode off-road jeeps there, looked at temples, swam in snow-covered mineral springs in the open air and admired the gorgeous nature.
- I resumed regular physical activity: walking, exercising with the “iron”. Slightly improved shape, decreased weight.
- I applied for an annual extension of a residence permit for an individual entrepreneur (in 2026 I will do it for myself for 5 years already).

Spring 2025
- The most important event of the spring is a trip to Dubai. A lot of impressions. Plans to go to the Indian Ocean separately now. To rest in, one might say, a sanatorium.
- I also joined the jury of the Topvisor 2025 Case Championship.
Summer 2025
- On May 20 and 21, Yerevan hosted one of Europe’s largest partner marketing conferences, the MAC Affiliate Conference 2025. I went to see it with pleasure. This may be the last conference in the next 5 years. Although I won’t say for sure.
- In June, my friends and I rented a small recreation complex in Mets Sariar, a village located in the Shirak region, near the city of Gyumri. With a swimming pool and sauna. There is an old cemetery in the village, the year 1893 is indicated on one of the tombstones. Beautiful views, including snow-capped mountains. A great place for hiking.
- In August, we joined a bus tour of several Armenian attractions: Lake Parz, Dilijan National Park, Caucasian Reindeer Breeding Center, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank Monastery, Kecharis (an Armenian monastery ensemble of the XI—XIII centuries in the city of Tsakhkadzor).

Autumn 2025
- In the fall, we moved from an apartment to a private house (not yet our own) and took a dog named “Mori” from a local shelter in Gyumri. So I’m a dog lover now. The dog’s fate was not the easiest: she got run over by a car, other dogs offended her, volunteers fed her a puppy, the owner of a computer store took her out when Mori got sick with some kind of infection, people took her in several times, but then refused. The name “Mori” was given to her by an Iranian film crew. They couldn’t take her with them either, but they periodically inquired about the dog’s fate. She lived quite well near the Zoo Land store — Anahit, the saleswoman, named the dog Archuk and fed it every day. But then the girl quit, and Mori was left alone again. Now Maury lives with us, in a house with a garden. And we plan to move her to Greece, also to a house (I’ve become a committed homeowner in general).
- In September, we were back in Sevan (I told you that we would reach it) with friends. We sailed on a yacht, walked along the shore, ate local fish, Sanka took an easel with her and painted a picture (which she will exhibit at a charity auction for the benefit of a dog shelter).
- In November, Topvisor Magazine published my article: “The Age of Entities: Why the Transition from Keywords to Entity SEO is Changing Search engine Promotion.”
- At the end of the year, Sanka was hospitalized with a concussion and a bruised rib cage (she was hit by a horse while walking). Then “Mori” had a planned operation to replace a ligament in his leg. So the move to Greece had to be postponed again, although we had already collected all the documents.

In 2025, the income structure itself has not changed at all. But the proportions of the sources have changed. Let me remind you that he is now steadily bringing me money from month to month.:
- Client-side SEO. I added 5-10% here.
- Advertising on Telegram. Last year, this sourceIt has grown unexpectedly and has pleased with good figures; this year the growth has continued so that it can be made the main source of money for life, if necessary.
- Monetization of own websites (links, articles, CPA). Stagnation continues in this area. Considering that this is almost a complete liability (it doesn’t take much time), let it be.

I wrote the following about trading last year:
I didn’t write anything about trading in my blog. And I’m not sure yet that I’m going to write anything (with the exception of related, general educational content, like material about Simple Earn OKX). However, most likely, this is exactly the source of income that will allow me to exceed the $10,000 per month target over the next few years.
I started doing it very actively in the second half of the year. More precisely, we can even say that in the last three months. Here are some final screenshots from my OKX account for the end of the year:

- ETH (Ether) traded the most.
- The best realized profit deal occurred on April 23rd with the TRUMP token (just on Trump’s hype). Then I earned 90% of the position in a day.
- For the entire year 2025, my futures trading volume was about $3,000,000 (yes, three million dollars). In 2026, it will probably be 3-4 times more.
- Favorite shoulder: x10.
- I have about $35,000 on the spot. Most of it (about $28,000) is “Simple Earn” (here is passive capital gain for the year: +4.17%).
- The peak of the total balance fell on October 5th. I got into the top 25% of the exchange. In my opinion, it’s not bad, considering that I withdraw money periodically (i.e. they don’t accumulate there all the time).

Now, for every losing trade, there are two profitable ones. I am consistently trading in the black and am slowly increasing my volumes so that I don’t suddenly go to zero in the event of an emergency. Although even on October 10, after which some traders basically decided to die (when everyone in the crypt was eliminated by a powerful red candle), I had a plus.
That’s why the plan for 2026 is now to close all 12 months with a profit. Later (or in the process) it will already be possible to think about more global changes in life (for example, to buy a house in Europe).
And no, I’m not planning to give up SEO.
Other interesting figures:
- Living expenses: $21,000 (doubled). Nothing supernatural happened here. It’s just that we’ve improved our lives: we dine out more often, spend more money on travel, everyday life, and other things.
- Freelancers’ payment: $9,000. Just like last year.
- Rent of housing: $3,320. At the end of the year, expenses increased slightly due to moving into the house.
- Communal service: $660. I paid for everything with a card this year, so it’s convenient to look at it.
- Taxes: $530. Decreased by almost 4 times, thanks to the optimization carried out by my accountant.
- Accounting services: $1,054. You could say it was like last year. Although I slightly increased the payment, as a thank you for the optimization. But because of the exchange rate, it even seemed to decrease the amount here.
- Payment for hosting and domains: $300. More than last year (+60%). But this is purely due to inflation in Russia.
Blog statistics for 2025
24 posts have been published (last year there were 32). 51 comments were received (71 last year).
The most popular articles for 2025 (top 3):

Not the top 5 anymore. There are fewer articles published. The top traffic figures now are mostly what was written a few years ago.

Everything else (social networks, readers, etc.) doesn’t even make sense to show, the numbers are so insignificant. Another year of steady decline.
Telegram
- +70 new subscribers;
- 385 publications;
- the most popular post: “example of statistics on crawlers on a specific site”;
- 188.8 thousand views;
- quoting in 16 channels;
- 2,600 reactions;
- 1,800 referrals.
In 2025, Telegram became for me a kind of alternative to the classic blog. To write a post here, you need to set aside time, and you can send a couple of thoughts about work to Telegram in the evening before going to bed.
Nevertheless, I will try to write at least one full-fledged blog post every month in 2026. In the end, it allows me to better organize my knowledge and not slip into the SEO routine.
